I am one of the people that have pre paid for the Panasonic FZ20's (the guy who is going to collect it from you, remember, I live not far from your parents)

You will remember, we were discussing your web site. A number of people at work buy off the net and following our conversation, I have asked them what makes them choose a particular "on-line" supplier. The answer price was first, however they all said they would definitely be happy to pay a bit more if they had more confidence in the seller (If they are taking a risk in terms of not getting a proper standard of service, then it had to be cheap).

I asked them all what would give you confidence in the supplier? they all said that if they could actually speak to someone, that would really help and dealing with someone who had a proper address would also make a big difference. I asked why? and again everyone said, well if the item didnt work, or failed to arrive, there was someone I could talk to. The address was seen as a last resort allowing them at the very death (no service at all) to turn up at your door!

Now on the basis you are way ahead of companies like "Dab's or Pixmania etc", as you cant even speak to them and they certainly have no address you can visit, they just communicate via e-mail.

I think you are really on the right track with what you are doing. The on-line shopping market WILL become huge. Currently they say that there are around 9 million people in the UK who have access to the Internet. Sound a lot? well there is well over 60 million people in the UK, so the potential is enormous. Looking at the 9 million that currently have internet access, I understand the number that had actually purchased goods or services on line is really really small.

Hope I have pumped you up to keep heading in the direction you are with the web-site.
