How long does it take to organise interest free credit?
The details can be processed immediately, and once the forms are signed and returned there will be two weeks wait while the forms are processed and your "coolin off" period expires. At this point we will be able to ship your product.

Are any of your products refurbished or imported?

How long is my guarantee?
All our products come with at least one years guarantee unless stated otherwise.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver your product within 3 working days but we will always speak to you and arrange a suitable day.

I’ve heard that the gas in plasma TVs only lasts about 5 years?
The gas in plasma TVs doesn’t last 3 years. It lasts approx 60,000 hours, which at 5 hours a day 6 days a week will last you 20 years

Can I have a timed delivery?
Yes we can organise a timed delivery for you, obviously there would be an additional charge for this service.

What if I receive my goods and they’re faulty?
If your goods are faulty on delivery then we will exchange them for you.

How do I go about installing my products?
Obviously you will have to install your products yourself but you need not feel you are alone as we are on the end of the phone if you need any help.

What if I want a bracket for my plasma screen that is not a standard wall bracket?
If you want a non-standard wall bracket then we have the facility to have it made for you at a price that is very reasonable.

What if I am a dealer and want to purchase from you?
We are more than happy to supply trade on the same basis as a standard customer in that we will take payment before delivery.

What if my goods develop a fault during the course of the guarantee?
If your goods develop a fault within the guarantee we will be more than happy to repair them for you under the terms of the guarantee. This means if it’s a return to base guarantee you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Some warranties are covered by an in house service, by the manufacturer, and a local service centre covers others, which eliminate this need for shipping.

What if I want to extend my guarantee?
If you wish to extend your guarantee you have 3 options. The first is to buy an extended guarantee at the point of purchase. The second is for the same price you can do this anywhere up to 30 days after the point of purchase. The third, which does work out more expensive, is about 11 months after purchase you will be offered an extra years guarantee, which you can opt to buy.

Can I pay by credit card and have the goods delivered to an address other than the invoice address?
No, unfortunately due to secrurity reasons we can only deliver goods to the credit card billing address, if you wish to have goods delivered elsewhere you would have to pay by cheque, bank transfer or some other means of cleared funds first.

Can I order from abroad?
We are pleased to accept orders from anywhere although we can only do this via payment by cleared funds and not credit/debit card. Shipping would obviously have to be arranged separately.

Can I have my product delivered to a different address?
If a product has been paid for by a credit/debit card, then it must be delivered to the billing address for that card. If an alternative delivery address is required then payment must be made by cleared funds prior to shipping, i.e. a cleared cheque or bank transfer.
